Dr Roxanna Glennon, Project Lead

Roxanna is Head of Inclusion at the London Borough of Brent. A qualified secondary school teacher and SENCo with an academic background in both philosophy and psychology, she is committed to co-producing research-led improvements in the support offer for children, their families and schools.

Dr Rosalie Warnock, Academic Lead

Rosalie is a Research Fellow in the Department of Geography at King’s College London. Rosalie’s research uses a neurodiversity approach to show how intersecting structural and systemic inequalities impact on children and families’ everyday lives and health and wellbeing. She is also Co-I on the Sensory Lives project, which explores how homeless neurodivergent children and their families experience living in temporary accommodation. Her previous research examined unequal access to SEND support among families with autistic children in London.

Dr Josie Hamper, Research Associate

Josieis a Researcher in the Department of Geography at King’s College London. She is a health geographer with over 12 years of qualitative health research experience and a particular interest in practices of care, parenting and everyday health.

BPCF is an independent, parent-led organisation that helps bring together parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Brent.
